When you are shopping for a personal trainer, be sure to ask about the trainer's education, certifications and experience. Ask for references if possible.
Paul Touey has a master's degree in physical education with a concentration in sports medicine and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (that's what the CSCS stands for). Paul has years of experience working with people of varying degrees of fitness, including those with health problems and other high risk factors. His fees are competitive with those trainers in the Austin area whose level of education, experience and other qualifications are similar to his own.

Paul has deliberately structured his fees to give an incentive to those clients who work out more frequently. (Frequency and consistency are keys to your success.) Session packages must be purchased one month (4 weeks) in advance. If full payment can not be made in advance, Paul will work with you on alternative payment plan.
